From an idea
to the door.
Eight steps, and your guests only ever see one of them: the link with their name on it.
Your address will look like togetherwe.party/with/maria
Choose your address
Name the party and pick the address guests will type. It is yours from that moment, and it goes on the invitations, so choose it before you send anything.
Build the page
The date, where it is, what time things happen, what to wear, where to park. Everything a guest would otherwise message you to ask, answered once.
Add your guests
Type them in or paste a spreadsheet. Households go in as one entry with the number of people in them, so the Silvas get one invitation and four seats.
A re-imported spreadsheet will not invite anyone twice: rows that match somebody already on the list are reported rather than added.
Send the invitations
Each guest gets their own link, opening on a page with their name on it. They tap yes or no. There is no account, no app and no password.
Nothing is sent while you wait. A few hundred invitations go out in the background, so the button never times out and never sends twice.
Watch the replies come in
Who is coming, how many that is, who has not opened their invitation yet, and what everyone said about meals and allergies.
Seat everyone
Lay out the tables, drag people into seats, and print or export the list the venue asks for.
Check people in
On the night, open the guest list on a phone and tick people off as they arrive. Scanning the same person twice tells you they are already in, with the time.
Share the photos
Guests add their own photos to the same page afterwards. You approve what appears, unless you would rather not.
