Terms of service
Version 2026-09
The service
together we Party gives an organizer a page for their event at an address on this domain, a way to invite guests to it, and a way to collect and manage the replies.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Confirm your email address before publishing an event or sending anything: an unconfirmed address cannot do either, because that is how a platform becomes a way to mail strangers.
Your content, and your guests’ data
What you put into your event stays yours. By uploading it you allow us to store it and show it to the people you have invited, and to nobody else. The guest list you build is personal data belonging to real people: only add someone you have a reason to invite, and only ask for allergy and dietary information if you are going to use it.
What is not allowed
- Sending to a list of addresses that did not come from people you know.
- Impersonating somebody else, or presenting an event as somebody else’s.
- Uploading anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Trying to reach another organizer’s event data.
Copyright, and how to report an infringement
Guests upload photographs to a party page, so material here is put up by the people using the platform rather than by us. If something on this site infringes your copyright, write to our designated agent and it will be looked at and, where the notice is valid, removed.
Designated agent for copyright notices: hello@togetherwe.party
A notice needs to identify the work, give the address of the page the material is on, say how to reach you, and state that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that the information is accurate.
We tell the organizer what was removed and why, and they can reply. If they tell us the material was theirs to post, we may put it back after a short wait unless you tell us you have gone to court. Anyone who repeatedly posts material that is not theirs loses their account.
Suspension
An event that is reported and found to break the rules above can be taken off the public web; the data is untouched and the organizer keeps access to it. An account can be suspended for repeated or serious breaches. Both actions are recorded against the person who took them.
Payment
Plans are paid for once, per party, not by subscription. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on this platform.
Availability
Maintenance is announced in advance where it is planned, and event pages stay up during it unless the work makes that impossible - somebody’s party is happening tonight and their guests are at the door.
