Terms of service
Last updated 2026-01
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and Three Sixty, which operates togetherwe.party. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your collaborators do.
- Tell us promptly at support@invitesyouto.party if you think someone else has access.
3. Your guests are your responsibility
This is the most important clause for most people, so it is worth reading properly.
- You decide who goes on your guest list. You confirm you have a proper reason to hold their contact details and to email them about your event.
- You are the data controller for your guest list; we process it for you. Our privacy policy explains what that means.
- Do not use the platform to send marketing, newsletters or bulk mail to people who are not invited to your event. It is for invitations and event communication.
- If you ask guests for allergy, dietary or accessibility information, use it only to host them well, and share it only with people who need it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to:
- break the law, or infringe someone else's rights;
- send unsolicited bulk email, or anything deceptive;
- publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or obscene;
- impersonate anyone;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload or probe the service;
- scrape it, or resell it as your own product without a written agreement.
We may suspend an account or an event that breaches this. Where it is safe and lawful to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence we need to host and display it as part of running your event — nothing more, and it ends when you delete the content.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including photographs of other people.
6. Addresses and subdomains
- Each published event gets a subdomain of togetherwe.party.
- A subdomain is assigned for as long as the event exists; you do not own it.
- We reserve names needed to run the service, and may reclaim one that is being used in bad faith — for example to impersonate a brand or person.
- Deleting an event releases its subdomain for reuse.
7. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are bought per event, not as a recurring subscription.
- Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken by our payment provider. We never see your card details.
- A plan applies to the event you bought it for.
Refunds
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because a plan takes effect immediately, that right ends once you use the paid features. If you have bought the wrong thing, write to us and we will sort it out sensibly.
8. Availability
We work to keep the platform available and take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Keep your own copy of anything critical. The guest list, catering report and seating plan can all be exported at any time, and we recommend doing so before the event.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the event concerned in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, goodwill or data.
10. Ending the agreement
- You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
- We may close an account that breaches these terms, or one that has been inactive for a long time, with reasonable notice.
- On closure your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept them.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
